SHIPPING POLICY - MANOLADOME

Shipping times vary depending on the specific item, and estimated shipping times are provided in the product description. All pre-made orders are shipped within 1-7 days of purchase (BUSINESS DAYS). Unless stated otherwise, all items are pre-made; items marked as pre-order will have their shipping times indicated in the product description. Please note that customers are responsible for any custom fees applied by their country.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order items typically require a minimum of 35 working days to ship. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item becomes available.

For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-ordered and in-stock products.

We will provide regular updates on the status of your pre-order, including production progress and estimated shipping dates. If there are any significant changes to the timeline, you will be notified via email. Info@manoladome.com

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Yes, we ship to over 170 countries worldwide. For international orders, please ensure the address is written in English, as local postal carriers may return packages if the address is not in English.

Please note that some countries may impose additional fees, such as customs duties and taxes. MANOLADOME is not responsible for paying or reimbursing any customs fees or duties applied by your country.

Currently, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Belarus, Ghana, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Myanmar (Burma), Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Russia, and Zimbabwe.

STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGE

MANOLADOME is not responsible for any packages once they have been shipped. If your package has been damaged during transit, we recommend contacting your postal carrier to file a dispute. 

WRONG ADDRESS

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will be happy to assist with changing your address or switching the size if the correct size is available. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
